Dear Fellow Master Gardeners,

 

So Far the month of March has been acting like a lamb...we'll have to see how it goes out!

 

Lots of clean-up days set for our work sites. Please come with your gloves, tools, and water bottles. Scottie Pannell will have the "phone tree" bringing you up to date.

 

Terri Frazier has our web site up and running. Go to www.gamastergardeners.org for the main site, then click on the master gardeners site. The minutes of the meetings will be posted to keep you up-dated if you chould miss a meeting. Pictures of Tara Dillard's garden are posted also.

 

Thursday March 30th form 10:00AM to 1:00PM, Gail Johnson and her committee has planned a lovely luncheon for the membership and we will honor our 2005 interns as new members and welcome into our group the 2006 interns. Please note this is on the last Thursday of the month and will take the place of our regular meeting. After the luncheon, Lynwood Blackmon will give an orientation for the new interns on Extension Office duties and procedures. Please R.S.V.P. to Jane Moyer at 770-964-4264.

 

Two study days have been set up to help the interns before their final test. Monday, march 13th and Wednesday, March 15th. We'll meet with them at 12:15PM at the Dekalb Government Building after their regular training sessions. Please make time to go over questions with them that they may find on the test.
